Adult High School Orientation
Description
Carteret's Adult High School (AHS) program is a tuition-free consisting of core courses required by the public school system along with electives offered by the community college. Graduates receive an Adult High School Diploma issued by Carteret Community College and the Carteret County Board of Education. The AHS diploma is the equivalent of any public or private high school diploma.
The Adult High School orientation is the first step students must take to enroll in Adult High School courses. It is mandatory, meaning students cannot take our placement test or be placed in Adult High School until the orientation is completed.
