Sewing II - Patterns & Basic Alterations

This intermediate class is designed for students who are comfortable using a sewing machine and have completed a beginner sewing course or have equivalent experience. Learn how to read and follow commercial sewing patterns, select the right size, cut fabric accurately, and assemble garments with confidence. You'll also be introduced to basic clothing alterations, including hemming, taking in seams, and making simple fit adjustments. By the end of the course, you'll have the skills to create a project from a pattern and customize garments for a better fit.
